Sévérine, a young woman married to an attractive surgeon, discovers the existence of daytime prostitution. Driven by her curiosity, she enters Anaïs's whorehouse and ends up getting used to leading a double life. The appearance of Marcel, a delinquent who falls in love with her, will complicate the situation of the protagonist.
